In a nutshell, your favorite local Clairemont veterinary hospital (that would be us!) has just achieved what no other local, county, or state veterinary hospital has ever done before; earned Fear-Free Certification – Practice Level.
On August 30th, we underwent an intensive, comprehensive, and exhaustive on-site examination. We were evaluated on everything from the physical layout of the exam rooms and lobby, to the patient experience, to the educational content we’ve written for you.
And we passed!
We didn’t stop there. Not only is every one of CoastView Vet’s team members certified, or in the process of becoming individually Fear-Free Level 1 Certified, several team members have voluntarily taken on additional challenges to earn their Level 2 & Level 3 Individual Certifications.
Bottom Line: At CoastView Vet, you can rest assured knowing pets’ emotional well-being is as equally important as their physical health.
